Welcome to MySleigh.

MySleigh.com is owned and operated by Tradekings Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, United States.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “MySleigh,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MySleigh and, where applicable, Tradekings Global LLC.

We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide customers with a convenient and curated online shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and other policies referenced on our website, govern your access to and use of the Services.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have where a product is materially different from its description or otherwise fails to satisfy applicable consumer protection laws.

MySleigh uses Shopify's ecommerce platform to operate its online store.

Purchases made directly through MySleigh.com are transactions between the customer and Tradekings Global LLC, operating through the MySleigh brand, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shopify provides technology supporting our online store but is not the seller of products sold directly by MySleigh.

Shopify's independent services and data-processing activities are subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy policies.

SECTION 13 – PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Because our store uses Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfillment, analytics, advertising, customer-support and technology providers, certain personal information may be processed by these providers where necessary to operate the Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Tradekings Global LLC and MySleigh against third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services, material violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not limit rights or protections that cannot legally be waived by a consumer.

SECTION 20 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including where a user materially breaches these Terms, engages in fraud or unlawful conduct, or threatens the security or integrity of the Services.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective.

Accordingly, customers purchasing from other jurisdictions may have additional rights under their local consumer laws.
